I chose to use Teresi Auto Repair because my father in law recommended them. I needed a new engine put in and my AC replaced. My car was fixed in a timely manner, but when I went to pick it up, they charged several hundreds of dollars more than quoted. The owner was rude and came up with every excuse and every charge possible. Charging me for shop towels? Any other shop I`ve been to doesnt charge for that. Well, I wa... view mores tired of being treated so poorly, so I paid and got in my car only to find out my alignment was WAY out of whack and my steering wheel was not on correctly. What did they do to my car while it was there?! I called and talked to the owner, again, and was met with the same pissy attitude and refusal to fix. I wrote a review on craigslist and he saw it. He called my father in law repeatedly with harrasdment and threats to file a suit against him for slander. He lost my business, my referrals, and the lot that my in laws worked ats business over this. I may have apologized at that time to get you off of my father in laws back, Mr Teresi, but you KNOW you are wrong. It`s not slander if its the truth, and everyone has a right to know about how you run your business and treat others. I am not the only person to have complained about this shop, just the first to submit a review on here for their crap business.
