I have had to use Ronnies a few times and every time I have had Rob as the tow truck driver. This guy is the most professional reliable and nicest driver I`ve ever worked with. He will help ANY way he can and goes out of his way to help out. He is great at his job and seems to genuinely enjoy helping. poor customer service

Needed part for 98 nissan they didn`t have it but had one from a 96 was skeptical bout buyin cause yrs were different Gary, mgr, told use it would work come to find out it didn`t he suckered us outta 45 bucks refused to give money back after he told us it would fit, don`t c how he sleeps at nite, they r a rip off, don`t go there!
