Do NOT buy a vehicle from this dealership! Do NOT buy a vehicle from this dealership. And again, Do NOT buy a vehicle from this dealership. We bought a new 2013 Dodge Ram. Oh we were so happy to have the beauty in our drive. Well until the first rain that is, then we found the leak., I drive 40 min. to and from work a day. Isn`t that just good operating policy for a dealership...and the answer is yes it would be, but they don`t care about customer service at this dealership. They don`t care about loyalty to buying from a local dealer, and they have absolutely no respect for women. Ya think being in the south that they would at least speak nicely to women, but you, like I, would be very disappointed again. Oh this story is so long, so let me get to today, after getting our "new" truck back after 12 days in the service department, we headed out to get groceries on this rainey Florida day, and low and behold, the driver side windshield wiper would not go on. My husband couldn`t see, it was so very scary.....so we went straight to the dealership, well we weren`t in for any surprises that is for sure, they told us to bring it in on Monday and they would look at it. But I work on Monday and my husband works on Monday, and we were to ever so rudely informed that was our problem not the dealership managers, or the dealerships. Just please go to Mobile, or Pensacola, or anywhere but here to get your new or used car. Especially if your a woman, don`t go here...you need to be treated so much better than the (by age only) men at this dealership.

Went to the dealership around ...
Went to the dealership around 5:15pm on Saturday (they close at six) and talked to Steve about a 2010 Ram . Decided I would get the vehicle. I was trading in my Jeep which was paid off. It was late and they were about to close. Talked to the General Sales manger and Steve who gave me a offer. which I accepted More importantly we shook hand`s and had a verbal agreement between parties (Growing up, that still m... view moreeant something). Not at this dealership. I was told come back at 8am on Monday and we could finish the transaction. I arrive at 8am (Posterd hours state open at 8am) sharp on Monday. As I am am giving Steve my loan information he tells me the truck just sold. Its 8:05, It was sold by Mr Grise ( I use mister loosely). I tell Mr Grise, I had a verbal and written agreement (not signed, thought the hand shake was good enough) he tells me the dealership does not have to honor a hand shake or their word. Steve did nothing to intervene or help. The General Sales Manger said he would give me a call back after talking to the owner that same day (never happened). It`s clear the dealership does not act in good faith. They called the other buyer to tell him someone else was interested (no one goes at 7:15am on Monday) and he should come up and close the deal. If this dealership would be so deceitful to make a couple extra bucks no telling what other corners they will cut. If you would like a dealership that does not stand by there word this is the one for you. Otherwise, go to Pensacola or somewhere a little more honest. A Footnote, at no time was I told there were other parties coming up. I was told it would be here Monday Morning. Absolute the worst dealership.

Gave them one star only because this program makes you give at least one. I`d have them in the negative. Terrible business practices. Discussed with the salesperson and the sales manager the price of a vehicle then went home to think about it. Called to tell them we would be in to buy the vehicle at the price they quoted and was told by the owner that they would not accept the price quoted and he increased it.... view more Really? Service Department
I called the service department for an oil change/tire rotation appointment. They had nothing available that day, but said they could get me "in-and-out" within 30 minutes on the following day. I arrived for my appointment 15 minutes early and waited almost one hour BEFORE the car was taken back for service! I waited another hour during the oil change, just to find out "well, something broke" whil... view moree they rotated my tires. The broken part (stripped bolt) was not in stock (which took about an hour to figure out) and when I came back the following day to have the service completed, they charged me for the part that broke as a result of their working on it! The service manager stubbornly insisted that there was no way his mechanic with the high-power impact wrench could have stripped the bolt...In total, 4+ hours wasted for half-rate service!!! I won`t be going there again...

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS DEALER. IN 2007 I BOUGHT A TOWN AND COUNTRY MINI VAN AND IT COST ME $32000 PLUS. FOR THE LAST 3 MONTHS IT HAS BEEN IN THEIR MAINT DEPT (3 OR 4 TIMES FOR A WEEK AT A TIME BECAUSE THEY CANNOT FIGURE OUT WHAT THE PROBLEM IS) TO BE FIXED FOR THE SAME PROBLEM. THIS VAN WILL NOT START AND IT HAS LEFT ME STRANDED AT HOME (I HAD TO PAY TO HAVE IT TOWED BECAUSE IT MIGHT NOT BE A WARRANTY PROBLEM)... view more AND WE BOUGHT THE EXTENDED WARRANTY, IN ALABAMA AND NOW I AM STRANDED IN GEORGIA IN 45 DEGREE WEATHER WITH A 6 YEAR OLD. IT IS STILL THE SAME PROBLEM NOT STARTING AND THEY DUPLICATED THE PROBLEM AND CHARGED ME $130 FOR A BATTERY. ALL THEY SAY IS HAVE IT TOWED AGAIN ( WHICH WILL BE AT MY EXPENSE) TO A NEARBY CHRYSLER DEALER TO CHECK IT OUT. I CALLED AND SPOKE WITH, DON PADGETT, THE OWNER AND HE SAID HE COULD NOT PAY FOR EVERYONE TO BE TOWED EVEN WHEN I TOLD HIM IT WAS BECAUSE HIS PEOPLE DID NOT FIX THE PROBLEM TO START WITH. AFTER SOME TIME ON THE PHONE THEY FINALLY GAVE ME A TOLL FREE # TO CALL AND SAID THAT IS ALL THEY WOULD DO THIS IS NOT THEIR PROBLEM BECAUSE I HAVE AN EXTENDED WARRANTY I BOUGHT FROM THEM THAT IS DOING ME NO GOOD. AFTER CALLING 18009921997 AND VOICE MY PROBLEM I NOW HAVE TO WAIT FOR UP TO 1 DAY FOR THEM TO CALL M E BACK WITH HOPEFULLY A SOLUTION. SO NOW I HAVE TO PAY FOR A HOTEL ROOM. KEEP IN MIND I AM 8 HOURS FROM HOME IN THE WINTER TIME WITH A 6 YEAR OLD OH AND BY THE WAY I AM DISABLED.
