Don`t walk, run away!
I wish i had done my research on these bozos. My 2013 Audi front bumper took a beating at the local parking lot, and Mile One did the work. Sent it back SIX TIMES because there was still damage on the bumper. I didn`t live near their collision center, so it was inconvenient for me to go "pick up" my car, only to realize that there was still damage on the bumper. Worst yet, they tore my bran... view mored new leather interior, and refused to pay for it. Wow, these guys suck.

Stay completely away from this...
Stay completely away from this place. They do not honor warranties, they gouge the customer, and have a history of doing really bad work. This place will not treat you well. They botched my son`s driver`s door on a very nice black RSX and when asked merely to offer a good price to fix the botch rather than honor the warranty (could not find invoice) they offered a price higher than what would have been charged by eve... view moren the best shop in the nation. Bad choice for anyone. Go elsewhere. No stars is not available to choose, otherwise I would have given none. Not worth one star.

This is the worst business I h...
This is the worst business I have ever had the experience dealing with. Following an accident (not my fault) my car was repainted-a gorgeous red mustang convertible with all the bells and whistles. This was in 2003. The invoice given to me at the time of the work read at the very top in BOLD LETTERS lifetime warranty on parts and labor! The paint began deteriorating and I returned to David Mannarano, the owner, w... view moreho admitted that the work by the former owner was subpar and he has had had many return customers with the lifetime warranty. He stated he initially honored it but because there were so many return unhappy customers with valid complaints he decided on his own without any legal or written authority to nullify the warranty even though he continues to use the Collision Works name and nowhere on any receipt or invoice or sign in your store does it say that the original lifetime warranty has been void due to a change in owner not a change in the business. Now he wants me to pay for work I already paid for. In addition, he admits that my car is in pristine condition and that the problem with the right front fender (where the original damage occurred) and the clear coat is bubbling and separating from the paint is due to the work not being done properly at the original time of the work. He admits that originally he was honoring the lifetime warranty when he took over the business operation 4 years ago but he "decided" to stop honoring it due to the overwhelming number of unhappy customers with complaints. So, now he has more unhappy customers, he is a thief and I am bringing him to small claims court. Please share any similar experiences. Thanks.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!
1) Took my car in to have the driver`s door repaired (someone backed into it). Thought they would do good work, since I saw a lot of high-end cars at their facility.
2) When I went to pick it up, noticed additional damage made by Mileone to the bumper and door was not totally complete/repaired. The bumper was dented on both the passenger & driver`s side; don`t know how it happened,... view more but it wasn`t there when I dropped the car off.
3) Was asked to bring the car back to have these things fixed. When it was all said and done, I ended up bringing my car back 3-4 more times. Of course, each time they provided me w/ a rental. (On one occasion, they left a piece off of my car and had it sitting on the passenger`s seat. I had to ask them what the piece was for & why it was sitting on the seat!)
4) TERRIBLE work. BEWARE. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!
PS The secretary was also unpleasant. I hated having to speak w/ her every time I called.
