Purchased and was sent a defective product. There were no instructions and no warranty with the product. They expect customer to contact manufacturer with defect(s) on new product, rather than them solving the problem for the product you just purchased from them. The phone number (only provided on yellowpages.com) is always full, so you don`t get to speak to a live person. The only means of communicating with them (i... view moref they ever get around to answering you) is via e-mail or fax. They state it can take up to 4-7 days for a response, which in the case of a defective product, takes you past the 10 day return policy. Eager to take your money, extremely poor in customer service and returns.
