owner was kind of nice, but their work is unacceptable (pictures of their work included)

I really want to give this place a good review, I do since the owner comes off as pretty nice person, but the work they did on my wheels are just horrible and by far completely unacceptable. where do i start. I dropped off a set of 3 piece aluminum wheels for them to get re-cleared. the owner told me that was not possible, so I said fine, polish the face of the wheels for me since parts of the clearcoat is ox... view moreidizing from underneith and I could not take apart the wheels to buff them out myself. He said it was fine, couple days go by and i come to pickup my wheels. first of all, he did not take them apart like i told him to, Since that was going to be the bulk of the labor. So i raised a concern about price, he told me that he was going to charge me the same price since he polished my lip (the lip was already polished and i specifically told him to only touch the centers). the buff and polish job they did on the face of my wheels is so poor one of the wheels looks like it was untouched, the remaining wheels looks like he buffed the oxidized parts through the clear coat and left the clear coated parts on, so in a nutshell up close the wheels looks blotchy, I told him to just polish all the clearcoat off (which is what i wanted him to do in the first place) he kept telling me why i should leave the wheels the way they are. on top of which, there tool marks on the outer lip from i guess when he tried to mount my tires on. The owner agreed to try to fix this, the outcome of the re-do was acceptable, however there are still tool marks from when he was trying to mount the tire, i`m a little puzzled because this place is supposed to specialize in wheels and they cant mount a tire without damaging the wheel. the blemish is small enough to ignore so whatever, at least the job now looks decent.

Excellent service!

OK here is the deal, I went to this shop and the guys there knew what they were doing. they took care of all my needs and in no time I had everything i wanted done. It`s the best place to go and get everything (detailing, dent removal, body shop, wheel repair) done on your car done all at once. I`m a customer for life.
