When I asked my mechanic to recommend a body shop, he suggested I go to In and Out. I had scraped the side of my car on a cement column, which left deep scrapes and several long scratches along the side of my vehicle, which had removed some of my car?ˆ™s paint. I had anticipated a quote of around $500-$1000 for repairs. After my vehicle was assessed, the shop called me and said I may want to consider just having my c... view morear detailed, rather than spending a lot of money on repairs. They said that after a thorough detailing, I may be very pleased with the results, and not require expensive repairs. I of course agreed to try detailing as an alternative. When I picked my car up, I was absolutely amazed at the results. My vehicle looked brand new after they detailed it and touched up the paint. I actually had people ask me if I had gotten a new car. The difference was unbelievable, and I was so amazed that a shop would suggest a low-cost alternative, when I would have paid more. They took the time to educate me on a less expensive approach, and chose to give me information that led me to get the results I wanted, without spending as much as most repair shops would have charged. I highly recommend In and Out.

I had a ""little"" accident with my car

I had a ""little"" accident with my car vs. my mailbox :( So I called In & Out to set up an appointment, got one the same day, & the estimator Luis understood I was on a budget. He gave me several options, I made an appointment for the following week. Repair time was as promised and I am extremely happy with the outcome. I even got my car washed..yayyy!

Go anywhere else

A three day job turned into a two week nightmare. In and Out auto body is very unprofessional and will waste your time. Go somewhere else.
