My husband bought a car on fri.. it died saturday.the dealer gave us a loaner saying it was somethn minor..no prob..Mon we pick uo the car Tues the car died in rush hr traffic. Agaib a loaner.get the car thurs it died friday. We callex to get the money back.. no prob. Check was sent with tow truck guy. Go to cash check.. it was bogus. Stop paymeny. Best Dealer in VA I think

Pleasant, no pressure buying experience and they reasonably negotiated their price. My only issue was that the actual vehicle did not have the same features as the listing but I got a great deal. I would say go to this dealer.

BEWARE OF THIS DEALER!! They are selling LEMONS!!

always think before you buy a car from them ,why are they selling the cars on a low price!! because they know they are nothing but lemon sellers!! They sold us a car( mazda cx7) with a bad engine about which the manufacturer had already recommended them to change!!! they misrepresented the car to us by hiding that the engine of the car was bad and now are not owning the responsibility!! You may find OSCAR (salesper... view moreson) to be a nice person but once you have a problem he will try to avoid you at all cost. The owner Hamed Rod is a real shark,and will rob you of all your savings and the trust you put on them!! Once you signed the papers they will totally forget about you.Our only mistake was that we did not research about them and suffering! we have found out after investigating that Rod had bought the car on 12/2/2009 and on 12/3/2009 he got it diagnosed through another dealer certified car center at a mazda dealership ,who had recommended an engine/turbo change to them then!! after that he kept the car for 2 years with him witout any servicing and sold to us in June 2011 ,and after 3 weeks the engine seized!! The mazda US will not take the warranty as they say the car was not maintained by the previous owner( who was the previous owner MR ROD for 2 years),Mr Rod and Oscar are not owning up their responsibility when they know that they sold us a bad engine car they already were aware of!!( i guess the constant cheating by selling bad cars has robbed them of their human values and ethics) God is watching you!! We have tried to settle this with him ,but Mr Rod will not talk to you( are you gulity Mr Rod????),and Oscar keeps saying im just a salesperson talk to the owner . they wil not take your calls or reply to your emails.one day we told them that we are not leaving their office/shop unless and until MR ROD talks to us,they got really defensive as there were loosing other clients on thier car lot!! so what they did, suddenly another man some MR AMIN HAKIM comes up saying he is a partner of MR ROD.On some research found out that he is the owner of Certified car center a few miles away from this place.he tells us that ,you can do anything ,but would not answer on why even after diagnoses of a bad engine they sold the car!!!! and also why MR ROD is not coming into picture!! well now that we tried to settle the case with them outside ,and they are not listening!!!! and taking any type of responsibility. I` m sure MR ROD does follow this thread ,i want to tell you one thing,your god is watching you...you will pay for it !!!!!!its a curse coming from a cheated customer MR ROD!!!!!Also remember a word of mouth bad publicity is the worst publicity any business can get!!you have robbed me of my fifteen thousand dollars!! So once again beware of this dealer don`t loose your hard earned money!!!!!!
