DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Owner Eddie Epps can not be trusted with your vehicle. He did not do the work promised and the problem was not fixed. Takes advantage of female customers and has no problem ripping them off. Very poor customer service and will leave you hanging. Do NOT use these people! Eddie was referred to us by a good friend of HIS, we called him to help us with one of our service vehicles when it wouldn`t start. It took him a day to show up, when he got here he didn`t seem to know what he was doing so he just taking the whole truck apart, starting with the electrical system, then the battery, then the alternator which meant he had to remove our gas tank! None of the abov... view moree worked, he then said we just needed a tune up. One of our top guys stopped buy and took a look at what he was doing and suggested that he try some starter fluid...that worked but only temporarily. We were charged One-thousand dollars and Eddie said he would come back with a new battery the next day. He came back 2 days later with the battery which still did not solve the problem, he promised to come back again, that he only needed to check a few things out and we have not seen him since. We have called him several times and he promises to come back out every time, we have contacted our mutual friend and he promised him he would come back out....no show every time. He has left us with a service vehicle that does not run and is in worse shape because when he took our dash apart he did not replace it correctly which caused the wires to burn while the truck running for that short period of time when he used the starting fluid. In short, the truck doesn`t run and we`re out a thousand dollars we couldn`t afford...don`t make the same mistake. It is making me give them a rating but as far as we`re concerned he doesn`t deserve any stars!!!

DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE

My cars starter went out, I called them a day prior for a 8:30/9am appointment. Eddie, the owner, nad another man didnt show up until 10am. I was a bit aggravated but kept the appointment because I really needed my started replaced and he seemed so nice (total con artist), So it took them from 1030 until 630, when I returned home from work to replace a starter!! and on top of that they replaced it- BACKWARDS causing ... view morethe wires to press up against the manifold and burn! When I told Eddie, the owner, he said the car was poorly wired, (I`ve never had any problem with wiring before they touched my car) and offered me half my money back???!!! I requested the whole amount for the service charge- he wanted to ""go half and half"" giving me ""half today and the rest in a few weeks"". I said okay to that, because he did seem like a nice person and I know it`s hard out here but then he stopped answering my calls. It was a $165 dollar refund I was requesting. Mars 2 Cars is a great idea but I wish actual mechanics would have started it. Now I have to take further easures to get my money back. He would have come off at a lesser expense if he gave me my money back when I asked. Now I am legally able to sew them for the repairs they caused plus the refund. Such is life, karma is a mother. Total rip off & terrible Service. DO NOT CALL MARS 2 CARS!!

This Service is DA BOMB!!

I just have 2 words to describe this service... DA....BOMB!! This service is sooooo!!! convenient!! They will come to you no matter where you are!! Work, school, home, SUPERMARKET!!! You never have to worry about wasting your day at the shop cause you can still do what you need to do and still get your car fixed!

THIS IS A GREAT SERVICE!!!! MY WAS DOWN, I WAS TOLD IT WOULD TAKE AT LEAST A WEEKS TO REPAIR. HOWEVER MARS2CARS CAME OVER AND FIXED IT THE VERY NEXT DAY. I HAD BEEN LOOKING ONLINE FOR A QUALITY MECHANIC AND FOUND THEIR SERVICE. TO MY SURPRISE MY OWN AUNT HAS BEEN USING THEM FOR YEARS. THANKS GUYS!!!!!!!!!!

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! COMPLETE RIP-OFF! TOTAL USERS!

I retract my earlier statement. This company is a completely dishonest. Two weeks after my car was supposedly fixed the same problem reoccurred. When asked to come out and take a second look they took two days and were two hours late arriving. After 15 minutes they claimed nothing was wrong. I explained that the car cut off on me 3 times (once in the middle of the freeway) he shrugged his shoulders and said he would ... view morereturn. They never came back. I called and they quoted me an extra 380 dollars. They would not admit that they originally misdiagnosed the problem. They were unwilling to correct the original problem. I will be seeing them in court. Please do not trust this company!!!! They are complete rip-off (probably because I am a young single woman) they will only try and get over on you.

These guys are really great

These guys are really great! Fast and friendly service, with a smile. They not only fixed my car, but they educated me on the problem as well. I have most assuredly kept there number and everyone in the family, and on the block uses them.

RIPPED OFF

THEY LEFT ME STRANDED FOR HOURS AND NEVER CAME BACK TO FIX A BAD REPAIR. I`m in a wheelchair and had my small children with me. Some strangers helped us get home. I told him I would see him in court. Cars not fixed, he hasn`t called, he still has my $600.00 and I`m filing court papers. Dont trust Mars2Cars they are a ripoff.
