The only way that we consumers...

The only way that we consumers can get back at service providers for the poor service that we receive and will continue to receive is to take the time, get online, and slam them like I`m about to do Midas. I keep detailed records of my car repairs and I would suggest you do the same. After a recent review of those records I have slammed Robinson Poyner, NTB and now Midas, all of which operate either on or closed to... view more Central Ave. in Capitol Heights. Midas has actually done a fair job on my car over the years when it comes to breaks. My biggest complaint had been their RIDICULOUS prices. After getting close to $5000 of major work done on my car in 2010 at Robinson Poyner and NTB and not getting the original problem fixed, I in Slam mode in 2012 and Midas had an incident that pissed me off after review of my records. They replaced by rear struts in Nov 2009 at a cost of $640. Went I had my front struts replaced at a trusted family member`s friend`s shop in Jun of 2011, they looked at my rear struts that Midas had put on. They told me that whoever put the rear struts on did a horrible job. They had to remove the struts, disassemble then reassemble them the correct way and put them back on, and I totally believe them because they did the work at no charge since I was getting my front struts replaced at their shop. My only recourse is to Slam them as I`m doing and as I did for the previously mentioned 2 businesses and as I will do for any business I deal with in 2012. Don`t just keep detailed records, review them to see how long these cheap parts that they are currently putting on our cars actually last.
