If you have a Mini Cooper just stay away from this place. They messed up my tires and it took weeks to try to get it fixed. Finally I had to take my car back to the Mini Cooper dealership in Annapolis, who did a fantastic job as always. I went to Firestone Andrews AFB to try to save time and money but in the end it was more time wasted and the saved money was not worth it.
To be fair, the managers were very graci... view moreous, professional, nice and everything you could want but the tech service itself was just disappointing. Basically when they tried to replaced my tires they ended up breaking some of the parts. They did reimburse me for the parts and service and gave me a coupon and some more discount. I think maybe they just don`t know how to work on smaller cars like mine. My fiance recommends them highly but he has a full-sized car. So this goes back to my first sentence-- If you have a Mini Cooper just stay away from this place.

i came for an oil change, a brake light replacement and a suspension diagnostic. I dropped my car off at 0830 and was told it would take till noon. At 130 pm i received a call and they asked what i thought was wrong with the suspension. I described the noise and 1 hour later they asked me to do a test drive with the Master Technician. i had been to 2 other places before and knew what was wrong, i just wanted a 3rd co... view morenfirmation. They were clueless! And after 6 hours nothing had been done, my car was dirty as hell and they wanted to charge me $400 more than i actually paid later on. Also as i was waiting for service someone talked to me saying they had forgotten to replace the oil cap after an oil change and oil had spewed all over the engine and the pressure of the oil cap under the hood broke a plastic piece under the hood.
DONT COME HERE!
