RIP OFF

Erj was recommended to me. I took a V.W. Passet here for an engine job 12/12. I was providing all parts. One of the owners (Edgar) was to do this repair for 900.00 it took him until 4/29/13 to finish the job. While my car was in the care of this shop it was not taken care of. It has scratches all over the paint. The seats are were tan now they`re filled wblack grease. When I went to pick the car up the owners had th... view moree nerve to charge me storage by the time they were done the bill was 1500.00. I was never told they had " Hidden" charges. This so called repair shop didn`t want to give a warranty I had to remind the owner twice to put it on the receipt as he was trying to avoid.(after getting 1500.00). As soon as I headed home the " check engine " lt. came on. I called The owners, Rosendo & Edgar( who did the job). I was told it needs the air cooler for the turbo. They`ve been sending me to get parts for a year which cost me 3000.00 now 2 weeks into the warranty, The owners are telling me to bring it back BUT they will be charging me. Well this should have not even been driven off the lot . I think my "air cooler" was taken and they knew if the said the needed one my husband would know mine was good, so basically this repair shop is VERY BAD for TRUTHFULNESS. Beware to take your CAR HERE!!! The will take your good parts. Charge for stos there for repairs. And CHARGE YOU more then what is told U. Most important they don`t honor any warranty. Totally BAD CUstomer SERVICE!!!! If You want good and honest repairs DON`T GO HERE.
