Impressive
I recently purchased a 2003 Honda Accord EX V6 for my son to drive while at college. After agreeing to a great price, My wife and I flew in from Texas to take delivery and drive the car home (1500+ miles). Once the paperwork was complete we departed for home. Within 100 miles of our trip we had a check engine light engage and returned to the dealership. Our salesman Tommy Luk immediately sent us to the sister store L... view moreandmark Honda. We were then informed the vehicle had to have a new throttle body/almost $1000.00. When you are 1500 miles away from home and have just purchased a vehicle as is NO WARRANTY, you start to get a little anxious with this kind of news. At this point I had the opportunity to meet and talk with the Manager of Audi of Alexandria Darin Lowdermilk. Darin did the right thing, by approving the repair. Several things come to mind about our experience, honesty, integrity and professionalism. If I don`t communicate anything else to the buying public remember this, some people do the right thing when no one else is watching and these people are in that elite category. Thank you Darin for delivering a great buying/life experience!

Service
My car has been there for over a week now. No one called me to give me an update on what was going on with my car. I have to call to find out my self. The wait on the phone to talk to someone at service is about 20 minutes. WTF. And whats worse is that my car was fixed in 2 days but the delaership didn`t want to let it go untill the car`s warranty paid for the work. I am not sure if I`ll have to pay for the work... view more yet cause I never authorized them to change any part. The warranty should have covered everything. We`ll see what happens...
