Mediocre and repetitive repairs at your expense I was a customer of this shop since I bought a second-hand car 5-6 years ago. Back then the management was good and does the repairs at reasonable price. From three years I see a strong money-driven and quick-fix attitude the workers have in this shop. I had to do a major engine work totaling $1500 and the same symptoms started showing in as little as 6 months. Every... view more time the ?ˆ?service engine light?ˆ? comes back on, the so-called ?ˆ?self-proclaimed?ˆ? manager of this shop simply ?ˆ?erase?ˆ? the code and tell you some cooked-up stories and passes the time till the warranty they give on that work is over. After the warranty is over there is not much you can do. I have to fix my car again. Also they would not care to change the oil filter after you do the oil change unless you tell them to do, and forget about checking the other fluids. They want your car to breakdown totally and then want to fix each part and bill you heavy. They seem not to have the concept of honesty and integrity that reflect the money they charge you. I referred some friends to this shop who did some work and now suffer, for which I feel partly responsible. These are my suggestion: (1) Check other shops around and compare the prices and enquire (I don?ˆ™t know how) before you give your car to this shop. This shop prices aren?ˆ™t the cheapest in the area. (2) If you have to repair at this shop, and most probably the same problem will repeat again and in that case quickly go to a different shop and diagnose for the problem. This way this shop management cannot waste your time and warranty by telling some useless stories and you can argue with them to fix that problem.
