This was the absolute worst ...

This was the absolute worst experience I`ve ever had with a detail shop. I bought two groupon packages totaling about $100. What I didn`t know was that they would change the details of what I purchased once they got my money. I`m in the military and was reassigned only 4 hrs away. I was still willing to drive back to this shop to use up the rest of my groupon services whenever I was in town but this shop refused to... view more work with me. I will NEVER recommend this shop to anyone I know...nor any strangers. They will only detail your vehicle properly if they like you and you don`t have any complaints. I asked to speak to the manager but I was always told the manager was "unavailable". I left a written message and no one ever called me to address my concerns. I just gave up because the headache of dealing with them wasn`t worth it. SO BUYER BEWARE!

Outside was good. A little bro...
