It is funny to read bogus reviews by someone who clearly has never taken any car to this business. I am a MOM, and I have an old car, and Automotive One is the BEST shop anywhere! I have tried Firestone, and they were waaaaayyy over-priced. Not too nice to me either. They also solicited me with stupid mailings and constant emails trying to get me to spend 1000`s on a car I used to have that just wasn`t worth it. Completely crooked!! this sh...

Completely crooked!! this shop fleeced me for thousands on parts and labor not done on a top end rebuild,, the rip-off was confirmed by an independent shop who had to re-do all the work over again when my engine failed.

We have lived in the Seminole County area for over 18 years and have taken our vehicles to the dealer for service. The service experience was getting worse so we contacted some of our friends and they recommended taking our vehicles to Automotive One, Inc.---What a pleasant and rewarding experience we received and still use them today. What really made the difference was we needed a new key made for our car and we were told that we had to take back to the dealership. We contacted Automotive One, Inc. and they asked us to bring the car in for them to look at what was needed. They were able to get the key and the transmitter, and programmed what was necessary. The dealer gave us a price of $646.00, the repair cost from Automotive One, Inc. was $409.00 with all factory parts. They are truly a new car dealer alternative to service and repair, and they care of about me the customer. Thanks to the staff at Automotive One, Inc. for caring the way they do. By the way if you are looking to purchase a vehicle you need to ask for Todd and he will get you exactly what you need and save you alot of money.
