I`ve used Puz`s 4 times. 1 was for an insurance claim and 3 were for repairs that I didn`t file a claim for. For the accident with a claim, they dealt directly with my insurance company, Nationwide, and there were no problems whatsoever. The work was done right and by the promise date and time. The other times I had repairs done (my wife likes to bang into things) I did not file a claim and paid for the work out of p... view moreocket using my credit card. One of the repairs included a significant repair to the sliding door on a minivan that was bent up pretty badly. In each of these cases Franny looked over my car and provided me a written estimate which I found to be very reasonable. I`ve recommended these guys to my neighbor, who is VERY particular, and he found them to be just as good as I did.

A friend of mine highly recommended this body shop that his family has been using for many years and never had a problem. I was very happy with the work and the owner was nice and professional. I would bring my car back to Puz`s.

State Farm inspector must be clueless, or in with them.

I barely backed into a car that went to Puz auto body to be repaired. They took State Farm to the cleaners. At best car was worth $2,000.00 damages had to be under $1,000.00. State Farm paid them over $3,000.00. I complained to State Farm and they said they looked into it and that they are a certified repair shop for them. So I guess you can use this review how you want. On the other hand I would be very hesitant to spend my or knowing spend my insurance companies money there. I would question their ethics...at your own risk. Shotty work and Attitude Problems

I know I will never take my cars to this body shop again. Had to take my daughters car back 4 time to get it right. One time with a Statefarm Inspector and they still did not get the car right. It took over two months to repair rhe right quarter panel. They put a reconditioned taillight on the vehicle that was cracked and they glued it to fix it. They did not have any of the parts lined up on the car. It came out of ... view morethe shop with more problems than it went in with.And also the don`t tell the owner Fran that their is a problem with their work because he will give you the biggest attitude ever.I had to tell him 5 times what was wrong along with the inspectors list what was wrong and he still got it wrong and then told me I didn`t tell him there was a problem.
