I went with them twice, both times I had to spend money out of pocket to fix what they messed up. Most recently I brought in a brand new set of wheels and tires which I was told they would be able to mount without scratching. They ended up chipping and scratching the wheel all the way around as well and ruining the tire. They tried to put the blame on me saying I purchased the wrong items, but I purchased a replac... view moreement tire and I had them mounted somewhere else with no issue. I came to an agreement that I would purchase a replacement tire and they would get me a new wheel. Months go by and they still did not have my wheel, which when I purchased took 3 days to get to me. I left many messages with no return call. Finally almost 3 months later im told its in and the owner treats me like crap and does not let me take the wheel to get swapped out with the damaged one. At this point I would rather buy a new wheel then to ever deal with these people again, its cost me almost $500 to fix what they damaged and well as a ton of waiting.? The first time I had suspension installed and when they reattached my rear struts they failed to attached both bolts to each side, but only 1 on each side and did not tighten them. A couple weeks after my rear lower strut mounts went bad because this and it cost me $200 in parts, a few days off the road waiting for the parts and my own time to fix this.? Please if you respect your vehicle and hard earned money take your vehicle elsewhere, if they damage anything YOU will be responsible.
