Kerry Shelton I would ask that anyone that considers me a friend not do business with Weirs Automotive and Towing of Kemblesville,PA. They were going to charge me $352 for towing after the accident. From their garage to accident scene 5.09 miles/ 9 minutes. They offered me an "alternative" to sign over title to the Honda and pay them $250 which I did. I had to pay the money and sign the title over before s... view moreeeing the car. Upon inspecting the car all four wheels were intact. Back tires still in good shape, battery still intact, and engine didn`t look to be destroyed. The scrapping of the car alone would get them $352.00 This is just a local business man taking advantage of someone in a bad situation. I reported them to the better business bureau. Here`s a break down of my bill...accident tow/debris removal (there were still debris, lenses etc on site as of yesterday) oh an extra because they had to come out on a weekend at night, so plan your car accidents only during the day in front of their garage. All of this for $250, then there was the $3.00 a mile charge for towing (didn`t they already charge me for towing)...total $15...oil dry, clean up supplies $15....emergency saety supplies, safety clothing $10.00, clerical/ lot charge $40...so they started charging me from the minute they brought the Honda into their yard. In essence I got $102.53 for a car they will probably maske at least $500 on plus the $250 I paid them. Oh and it had $40 of fuel which they said they couldn`t recover...BS. They should be ashamed. What a bad business.

poor customer servive

I was not happy with their customer service. They were nice in order to get your business but once they hooked you they just wanted your money & could care less how they treated you.
