I had a great experience at Dover Pep Boys. Customer Service Rep. Bob was very helpful, polite, patient, and caring. I had to get new brakes, pads, and rotors--- he made sure my wait was pleasant and not long. Bob waited on me within a good time frame. Some items needed (in my price range) were out of stock, he made sure that I got best price for better grades. Bob explained the work involved explicitly.
