Serving Residential, Commercial and OEM Customers Since 1989. If It`s Metal, We Can Powder Coat It!
The selection of Powder Coating technology offers the consumer an alternative to liquid coatings that is economical, efficient, and environmentally friendly. It produces a high quality finish and is available in a broad range of colors, glosses, and finish textures (i.e., smooth, wrinkle, hammertone, antique, etc.).
While the whole concept of "dry paint" seems futuristic, the Powder Coating process is actually very simple and about 50 years old. A suitable formulation is developed as a finely ground powder; the material is then sprayed on the surface to be coated as a thin layer held in place by static electricity. The part is placed in an oven to melt the powder which then flows and fuses into a continuous coating which is very hard and has no porosity. Because Powder Coating does not use solvents there are no chemicals released into the air. Over spray powder is captured in dust collectors and may be reused or baked to render it inert and disposable. Thus EPA regulations do not add expense to this process.
Superior finishes combined with durability reduce maintenance and extend the life of coated products. Many product manufacturers are enjoying the top quality offered by Powder Coating. Auto parts are seeing the application of Powder Coatings where a protective as well as decorative finish is desirable. Frames/chassis for motorcycles, racecars, street rods and antique cars, as well as bumpers, battery trays, wheels and even engine parts like valve covers and intake manifolds are some of the common applications at our shop. The chip resistance and durability of powder coating is particularly beneficial in the harsh conditions endured by suspension parts. Additional items include bicycle frames, fence and railings, kitchen appliances, garden equipment and lawn furniture. Harley-Davidson motorcycle frames have all been Powder Coated at the factory since 1987. Chevrolet, Ford, and Chrysler have a joint venture to convert a plant to coat entire cars with clear Powder Coats to stop the effects of UV fading and acid rain on new car finishes.
Building products such as aluminum extrusions used for window and door frames are another area taking advantage of the durability of Powder Coating. Everything from spaghetti drying racks to stadium seats have been successfully Powder Coated.

Reviews:
This place is a total sham... They get all there cars from auctions DOUBLE the price then when they finance you add 100% to the top so you end up paying QUADRUPLE what your car is worth.
Here is my story.... I`m looking online at some used cars in the area. I find this little dealership that has a pretty legit looking website with a "Buy Here Pay Here" option. I fill out the finance form and a few minut... view morees later get an automatic e-mail saying that I was approved for financing. They called me at home multiple times and at work once or twice with a telemarketer attitude. Finally I give in an go to Car Zone two weeks after I filed the credit app.
I walk around the lot for an hour or so with no help so I walk in and ask to test drive a car. They car I wanted to drive was being sold. I then asked to drive a few more. Finally I settle on a Chrysler 300 Touring Valued @ 13995 (2k above Blue Book). The car shuttered and needed an alignment/balance job done they said they would put it in writing that they would fix it. I said fine. Then they shipped me over to another salesmen who is like the deal closer or something.
Ready for this??? He shows me the financing "Deal" which was $386.00 for 54 Months... Do the math I would have paid $20,844 for a car they probably got at auction or trade-in for less the $8,000. I looked at the guy an laughed in his face... I was like are you serious lol... I don`t need a car that bad I kept saying "I`m Good" lol.... He said let me go talk to the girl you are working with originally. He walked into a back room and spoke loud enough to make sure I would hear. The three people talked and kept saying things like "This is the best deal he will get"... "We are the only place the will finance him, is he crazy". Then the guy walked out and was like the manager said "There`s nothing he can do there is no better deal".
No better deal??? Lets see a $13,995 car with me putting 3,000 down that makes the loan $10,995. After it was all said and done it would have cost well over $21,000....That was never a deal in the first place it was highway robbery crackhead prices. LoL... I`ve heard horror story about this place but come on Car Zone $21,000 for a 2006 Chrysler 300 Touring with 80k on it????

Do NOT buy from here!!!
My husband and I bought a vw bug from them and not even a month later it had all these problems with it..well of course it wasn`t covered under anything so not only did we have to pay for it but then they messed up more things on my car and refuse to fix it!!! Then when u call and try to get them to man up they r rude...esp brian ...oh yeah I forgot to say that there was a lock on my tire and when I asked about the k... view moreey they acted though it wasn`t their prob at all....like wth u SOLD the car to me..the least u could do is help fix the probs u can after all the have a "repair shop" located on the lot...oh and last but not least when we pd our car off they refuse to give the title to us bc they have to get a box off of it..but of course the car is a piece of crap so we can`t. Even get it to them...so not only did we over pay for a pc of crap but we can`t even get the title bc they say they don`t have to till they get the box they installed on it off....mind u we were NEVER late on our payments...trust me take ur bussiness else where...they r just crappy!!

do not buy here!
I regret buying here completely. I waited around for almost 5 hours. It took them two hours to even let me test drive the car I wanted. While being helped, he kept leaving and not letting me know he would be right back or what he was doing. I learned my lesson, I should have never driven off the lot until they fixed my car. The car had two problems that needed to be fixed, and they put it in my contract to fix it. I ... view moretake my car there and not only have they not fixed it, its worse. My check engine light is on and the car makes a weird noise underneath now. When you call, they are RUDE! and they "don`t know" any answers to any questions. I don`t even trust taking my car back to them. It`s ok, my attorney will definitely be calling them.
