No way should you go to this business. Took my car in for service which included an oil change. Next time i went to change the oil it was impossible to remove the drain plug. They must have overtightened it. Took it back and they said I had to make an appointment just to have it loosened. I`ll never go back and will be active in telling others never to find someone else to fix their cars.

Here`s a copy of my complaint ...
Here`s a copy of my complaint to the better business bureau on this service station: I am dissatisfied with the service I received. I brought my car in to have my air conditioning fixed. I was charged 775.70 for air conditioning service. Within about 2 weeks, my air conditioning began to blow out warm air/no different than the vent. Right off the bat,not very pleased that the station made me make an appointment ... view more1 week out to review their own failed repair. When I brought the car back, they told me it was a defective part they?ˆ™d put in and fixed it again. Within about another 2 weeks, once again only warm air blew out. I brought the car back again and was now told that it was a different problem and probably not a defective part the last time. I was charged an additional 574.59 for this misdiagnosis. Apparently, they?ˆ™d missed this other problem the first two times they had the car. When I got the car home, I noticed my fog lights now no longer worked and after 4 days, my air conditioning once again started blowing warm air. I have now paid 1350.29 for air conditioning service and what I have is no working air conditioning and broken fog lights. With the fog light issue and before I`d realized the air conditioning issue resurfacing, they once again offered me an appointment 1 week out to fix their error. When I spoke to them after the air conditioning issue resurfaced again, they asked me to bring the car back again. I refuse to give this station a 4th chance to fix this problem. I have zero confidence they can fix the problem and won?ˆ™t cause another problem. All I know is that this has been going on since mid May, I?ˆ™m out 1350.29 and still have no air conditioning. It`s been 100 degrees out in NJ this past week. I have expressed that I am no longer willing to bring my car back to them and requested a refund of both my payments. I have have not received any refunds, nor even call back. If I`m getting poor service, I should be entitled to take my business somewhere else and not be forced to go back to them because they`ve taken my money and won`t give it back.
