Brought in my 2005 Mercedes fo...

Brought in my 2005 Mercedes for a regular transmission service (oil and filter) for an estimate of $250. In the middle of the job they tell me a connector is leaking and it will be another $250 to replace. I googled it and it turns out that this is pretty common and easy fix. The connector is actually $10 and everyone say it is a 10 minute job including the time to lift the car. When I pick up the car I show them ... view morea printout of the real price of the part and they lower it on my bill to $85 for a grand total of $365.78. It is clear that they basically try to take advantage of non technically-inclined people. Well, I end up paying the bill but for sure they will not see my face again and will do my best to warn others.

Fred and his crew are really proffesional and nice. They found the problem my transmission had. I definitely recommend this place to everybody. Five stars for a great shop!

BAD

FIXED MY TRANS $$$$$$$$ AND GAVE ME 1 YEAR WARRENTY BUT REFUSE TO HONOR IT 6 MONTHS LATER WHEN I HAD TROUBLE.HE SAID HE DOES NOT GIVE WARRENTIES.
