Poor Work, even worse customer service

After having the vehicle since the 2nd July 10, I was finally able to collect the car yesterday 28th July. On first driving the transmission seemed noisy on the lower gears, but we put this down to a different transmission making a different sound. Also we started to hear a clunk from the drivers side of the car and more concerning a loud clunk intermittently when breaking. On a closer inspection once I got the ca... view morer home we found the following: 1 ?ˆ“ The transmission slipped in the bottom gears. 2 - Transmission will not operate in Geartronic mode. Also the ?ˆ?Winter?ˆ™ mode switch does not seem to be keeping the car in lower gears as it should. 3 ?ˆ“ The top engine mounting bolt is completely missing 4 ?ˆ“ All the manifolds are out of line and not secured 5 ?ˆ“ Filter and fuse covers are not fitted properly 6 ?ˆ“ Filter housing the location lug is completely broken off 7 - The clunk is either the ball joint or control arm which they have damaged either removing or installing the transition. In the 3 weeks they had the car I only called 3 times which I think is pretty reasonable each time "Chuck" was rude saying " Don`t call me I will call you when the cars ready" When we finally did call to pick up the car we were informed the outstanding balance not covered by the warranty would only be payable with cash. First of all he said that this was because we were out of state CT, then he told my wife it was because he did not trust us to cancel the payment. Having seen the quality of his work I can see why.
