Pickpocket Alert!

This guy is one deceitful mechanic and a baldfaced liar. He said he had done a compression check on my vehicle and that ". . . it needed between one and two thousand dollars repair work." I said: "Let me think about it." I took it to a dealership and got it tuned up for $112. The car lasted another eight years without any major repairs.

The worst garage I have ever seen.

My friends` car is damaged in an accident, caps asked McKenzie`s guy towed her car to their garage, and the nightmare starts. They are very slow, it has been almost one week when they gave us a very high estimation price, and said it will be fixed after another week. Finally we decided to go to another garage who can fix it with only one fourth price. But we have to pay the tow fee and storage fee to get out of McKen... view morezie`s garage, however our car was stranded in their garage for such a long time is not our fault and they should not charge us such long time storage fee. And they seem to over charged us as far as the storage fee is concerned. Eventually we just paid them, and get out of the nightmare as soon as possible. This is the worst garage I have ever seen in my life, never go there. They only know how to rip you off. By the way, the used parts they sell to you have the same price as a new one that I found on the internet. If it is possible I will rate no star.

I`m not too sure

I`ve brought my car here several times and am starting to wonder if I am overpaying. I`m not convinced that everything they said needs repairing actually does and I haven`t paid less than $800 each time I`ve brought it in. I might start looking around somewhere else.

Great Service

As a female needing car repairs, McKenzie`s explained the issues I was having with my car and provided me with the prices before working on the car. I never felt like I was getting ripped off or there were any hidden costs. I would totally recommend that everyone go to McKenzie`s.
