This is the second time that I have used Rich Gravel Auto Collision Repair. Each time was for extensive collision damage with a deer. I mostly delt with Jill. She was extremely helpful , kind and courteous..I was a little anxious and she was very informative about a car rental and made arrangements with the car rental company for me. Dishonest, sloppy, corner cutt...

Dishonest, sloppy, corner cutters. I came across TEN things that were either not taken care of or neglected, one of which was ADDITIONAL DAMAGE they assumed I would not detect and they would get away with. The majority of the issues I came across are completely unacceptable for a good body shop reputation. I will never, ever bring my car back there, not even for them to fix the issues they caused or neglected.
