They do a great job, explain everything , even show & explain the parts they fixed. I trust them even more. They went over board on service & helpfulness. Jen & Ed are great ! So is Kim, & apparently the guys in the garage !

I have taken my car to Bahr Auto for almost 10 years. Ed is an extremely knowledgable and thorough mechanic. He cares about his customers and takes the time to explain what is wrong with my car and what needs to be done to fix it. His wife Kim is always cheerful and you can tell she loves coming to work everyday! I highly recommend Bahr Auto! They do emissions too!

RECENTLY, WHILE TRAVELING IN NORTHWEST CONNECTICUT, WE HAD SOME TROUBLE WITH OUR 2008 CHEVY SILVERADO. I MANAGED TO GET MY VEHICLE TO BAHR AUTO REPAIR IN TORRINGTON, ON THE RECOMMENDATION OF A LOCAL RESIDENT. THE FOLKS AT BAHR AUTO FIXED US UP STRAIGHT AWAY, AT A REASONABLE COST, TOO. STAY AWAY FROM Bahr Auto Repair

I took my car to these guys and they are nothing but lies and cheats. They completely ripped me off for the work that they did and they charged me a ridiculous amount of money. Please stay away from them.
