INCREDIBLY RUDE STAFF - I`ve never been treated as rudely as I was here in my life. I took an offer here that I had from another dealership, and they were more than happy to beat it (by a measly $100) and then when I said I wanted to keep checking around the sales manager came over to me and starting yelling at me! In front of the entire showroom with customers and other employees. He said I was just there to screw o... view morever the dealerships pitting them against each other (which is called shopping around, a normal part of car buying), called the other dealership liars if they had told me ""their best price"" and then would go lower if Hartford beat it, told me I was wasting everyone`s time, and then took the offer they had given to me out of my hands and left the room. I still can`t believe how I was treated. Look at the other reviews here, the 1 and 2 star reviews are accurate and the 5s are obnoxiously fake. I would absolutely recommend the Manchester Toyota dealership. I`ve brought my car there for years with no problems with service, and they were very pleasant when looking into buying a new car

Worst Car Dealership

I bought a car there and the dealerships complete lack of professionalism has made me have to give the car back. I bought the car and never once did any of them tell me that I was not going to have my name on the title. The car was way overpriced and the sales people were completely pathetic at their job. Toyota Motor Credit is just as bad as the dealership it took them 3 months to tell me that I would not be abl... view moree to register the car, because this pathetic dealership didn`t do their job. I had a good car that I traded in and now, because of these complete morons I don`t have a car. If you are going to buy a car do NOT go to this dealership there are 3 or 4 dealerships with in a mile and they have to be better then the idiots that work at this dealership.

Buying a Car

I went there to buy a toyota yaris and the manager of that place told me a price of 13 000 including everything, without interes, so i put $100 down so they could hold it for me. I had to bring my trade in the next day and finish the papers that i had already started, the next day was a different menager, Brian Webster, he was the most ruddest person i have ever met. He said he doesn`t care what the other menager sai... view mored and that he would not give any one any car without interes. How was that my fault that i had spent 3 days going back n forth for that car? Anyways i just want to say, shame on the menagers that work for Hartford Toyota Superstore. These people should get fired for lieing to costumers like that!!
