great service great price

i just had my 2005 gmc serviced at brake king in chcopee had a new transfer case and complete tune up done on my vehicle.first of all i was very happy with service manager explained all my needs and also told me about the free diagnostics with repair and free oil change with my tune up, and also gave a 10% discount vip card for future repairs.thank you brake king,you will have all my future repairs .

Do Not Waste Your Money

I have used Brake King on Front St in Chicopee,Ma numerous times. If you want your brakes done or and oil change they are alright. But if you are in need of engine repairs. I would suggest that you find a good mechanic who knows his way around and engine. I(f not you will have to go back and forth perhaps several times before the job is done. And each time you will have to pay for it plus have your car tied up as we... view morell as your time. Complain to them and they will be nasty to you. It is our money that keeps these places opened and running. The day of customer care went out the window at Brake King a long time ago. You work hard for your money you do not needed to be treated as and unwanted customer over and issue with a repair job.
