Today I went back for the 3rd time and my last. It is a clean store front, the wait time is not long when you call ahead. I`ve only gone there for tire leaks. The first one went fine the second appeared to go fine. 6 days later I notice the same tire they plugged was leaking again. Anything is possible at this point either it was plugged wrong or there is a new issue. When I called back about the same tire still leak... view moreing I asked to come in the following day since I could not pay if there was a new issue. I was told to bring it in today, they had time to check it today. When I arrived my car was pulled in to garage by a worker and I was telling the boss at the same time just to check the plug he put in days ago and if there is anything new I will come back tomorrow. He ran to the garage and told his worker to pull the car back out and that I had to come back tomorrow because he has to take the tire off, he doesn`t know what it is, and JUST TO TAKE THE TIRE OFF HE CHARGES. Meanwhile he doesn`t know if the plug that was installed by his workers that cost $20 was still doing its job FROM DAYS AGO. I come from the 5 boroughs where the plug costs $8 at most, ANY mechanic I brought business to as a returning customer something such as checking their own work on a plugged tire and reassuring their returning customer that one is in good hands HAS NO CHARGE. I DID NOT get that type of service today!!!!

This place is great. I came here with a whole front end of problems and only had to wait a short while and now my car feels like new. The garage is the cleanest I`ve ever seen, and the price was awesome. Ben himself is a great guy and loves cars. I`m coming here for all my maintenance.
