I want to thank TJ and Carlos for a satisfying experience buying my son Michael`s new car. Mike had some concerns initially regarding the transmission of his 2006 Mazda that were checked out by TJ personally. They walked me through the whole process as a 1st time buyer, and made the whole experience very friendly. Never buy a car from Green Light Auto Sales in Seymour CT ..Now let me tell u why .. I was lied to pretty much the whole staff that was working on Monday the 8/12/13. On saturday 8/8/13 I was told I was putting a deposit on a car that i had looked at . I gave one of the salesmen my credit card information and told them i would pick it up on monday.. I called them in the morning getting the right information for my... view more insurance and my bank that was needed . I was constantly lied to and mislead thoughtout the day.. I called numoreous times waiting for the bill of sale to be faxed to my credit union and was told someone would call me back . Then finally someone calls me and trys to push another car on to me but i said no I want the one i put a deposit on. So he sends the bill of sale to my bank after waiting there for and hour for it , I finally set up the loan with my bank and then head up to the dealership were im told to wait again for 20 mintues , Then the sales rep finally tells me that they sold the car on Saturday and didnt bother to take the deposit money out of my card.. Then proceeds to try to push another car on me ..This was by far the worst and most unproffesional experience ive ever had with a dealership. They actually let me take a loan out they new i wasnt goin to use and let me drive 30 minutes to there dealership to tell me they lied to me and try to sell me another car .. I cant believe a dealership would act like this its just wrong and unacceptable

Would not suggest you buying a car from any other dealer. I purchased a car else where with tons of hidden problems and Green light has been amazing helping me out. Driving off the lot with a different car today! Sales service and management have been amazing to work with. You really get to know the true character of a business when problems arise. These guys stand out. Save yourself the time and come here first.

My experience here has been excellent. Very helpful staff, everyone has been extremely pleasant. The entire process was quick and painless. I would definitely come back here to purchase another vehicle. I can`t really describe how pleased I am with this place. I was surprised I got approved for a loan, but you guys made it happen. I will definitely recommend you guys to everyone I know.
