I am giving this jerk 1 star, and that is more then he deserves.
I went Joe, back in 2011 asking about buying a car. Joe routinely sells cars off his lot. He told me he had the perfect car for me, a 98 SAAB. He told me that the car was in perfect working order.
What a lie.
I took the car to another repair center and was told the car needed to go home and have a 4 sale sign put on it. The strut ... view moremounts were all rotted. I was further told there was no way they could have rotted in the time I had had the car. The ball joint was bad, the tires were useless, and the engine had an extreme case of blow by.
RememberJoes stated the car was in perfect working order.
I took a look at car fax.
The car had a total of 3 owners. I being # 3, it is pretty easy to guess Joe was #2. Owner #2 put 35,000 miles on this car in 21 months. Also keep in mind that Joe also states he parked the car for over 6 months. Looks like hard driving to me.
He used and abused the car, and sold me the leftover. He was ""the trusted mechanic"" one takes when one buys a new car. I am medically disabled and now waiting for the car to die. I had hoped for at least a couple of years.
When confronted Joe was bragging how he got away with it, being a used car sold for under 3000.00 and the state would do nothing to him.
Joe screwed me over, and he knew it. He took advantage of a situation and left me, in short, in dire straights. Do yourself a favor, if you happen to be driving on the Silas Deane and see all star automotive-KEEP DRIVING!
