This place is everyone saying full of lie.it is true they are so poor in stocking and quality, cars are hardly coming there to fix coz they are likening to all the customers. Nobody is coming there once they been there. I will all the corporate office. No more this place I am done.

Bad Customer Service

At my first experience with Aamco I am extremely disappointed. I have been running around calling them every day about when my car is going to be finished and it is ironic that most of the times that I called the manager states...."" Oh I was just about to call you"" or he`ll say ""I`ll call you right back in a few minutes""... The call back NEVER happened. They said my car would be done 2 days ago, they garenteed it... view more. I`m STILL WAITING And when they knew it wouldn`t be done they didn`t even give me a courtesy call to let me know. If you don`t want to be babysitting their team and listening to empty promises about their work then DON`T BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!!!! They will not call you when they promise they will, and if you do get a call it will be at 5:30 when they close at 6. They provided horrible customer service and it is unacceptable. When confronted about their actions the MANAGER HAS NOTHING TO SAY!!!! This is the WORST CAR SPOT I HAVE EVER BEEN TO.... PERIOD!
