I was shocked!
I was shocked to find a transmission repair company that was honest! my 2001 PT Cruiser kept going into limpid mode and would kick the check engine light on. We had read good reviews but were skeptically. Made an appointment and were expecting the worst. It turned out to be a bad speed sensor wire & cost us $70.00. Got the car back same day too! I highly recommend anyone take their car here!

Impressive service!!
I purchaced a used 01 Impala with very low miles this past summer to find out that I had a Transmission problem...After several failed attempts by the dealer and other shops to diagnose the problem, the dealer sent me to Interstate Transmission.,Well these guy`s found the problem straight away which was a damaged differential and would either need to be rebuilt or replaced and advised me not to let the dealer swap th... view moree tranny for another higher mileaged one (they could not find one with the same or less mileage) Instead I got an awesome rebuild and the car runs better than new with the updated components! I cant thank these guy`s enough, their experience and professionalism is seccond to none!

My Very Lucky Day!!!
Traveling back to Minnesota from the Cape.
Had 2 kids and along way home. My transmission went out on the turnpike. I make it to a toll booth and I ask for the nearest transmission shop. The gentleman sent me down ""faith"" road. Really!! It come out to a shop called Interstate Transmission. From the moment I arrived
to the moment two days later when I left. I had NO
DOUBT. That I was in good honest hands regardin... view moreg my van. I cannot stress how important this was to an out of town transient fresh off the highway. I drove this van over 1500 miles in three days after they rebuilt my transmission. I arrived home to my car shop.
They could not speak more highly of the work and the PRICE!!!!!!! They insist that I ""got a great deal"".
They also insist that Interstate Transmission HAD to make room to work on my van as no-one goes in
to a transmission shop and gets a rebuilt tranny in 1.5 days. Thank you Thank you I cannot recommend this shop any higher as I stated earlier I ""knew"" I was dealing with honest hard working good people.
It was a pleasure to breakdown in Auburn LOL.
I wish I could convey the extent the relief of being in good hands was for this traveling family.
