You are a a fool to ever ever, purchase a car from Jim Juliani. I bought a car from them in Feb. 2012. As I pulled from the car lot, the speed control shift fell on my feet, the coolant light came on after an hour of driving it (cracked motor and head gasket), and the sun roof cables snapped. I asked to return the car, they said no, we will fix it. They used their incapable service department to make the repairs.... view more Well, the 1st attempt took over 2 months and the service tech broke other internal engine parts by putting it back together wrong. 2nd attempt took over 2 months, 3rd attempt 3 months, 4th attempt etc. Over 5 attempts and 1 year of paying insurance on a car that cannot be driven. Jim then offers to install an new engine if I agree to pay for it. (over $4500). When I said no way, he then without my permission dumped so temporary fix solution into the engine. Again, that didn`t work. Now he states he will not do anymore repairs, will not take the car back. So, now we are off to court. My lawyer says its a slam dunk case, but this slimy used car dealer still wants to hold up his image of a slimy car dealer and put off the obvious court finding for as long as possible. Buyer be ware. Don`t use the service department for anything more than an oil change or something else simple.

Everybody at Julianis is amazing. Both sales man were very helpful. I recommend Rob or Dave to anyone looking for a new/used car. They are very informative on all the cars they have on the lot and are willing to help in any way they can. The lady in the front (i believe her name was Lisa) was very pleasant to meet. Nobody was pushy, or made me feel like i had to make a decision right away. They have an excellent inventory and very fair prices. I met the owner Jim and he was so polite, and very well manored. His attitude is what closed the deal for me that this was the dealership that i was buying my Suv from. He gave me way more then i ever imagined i would get for my trade in vehicle. Over all expirience was excellent and would recommend anybody who is looking for a car to go here!!

All was ok with this dealershi...

All was ok with this dealership while I was looking for a car. Rob the sales guy was nice too. I put a deposit down and told them I was looking at other options over the weekend. They said OK and deposit would be fully refundable. I bought a new Nissan instead of the used Audi from JJM. They backed out of refund promise. Had to go thru my credit card and file a claim and then the BBB to let others know. Was so easy t... view moreo get my money back too....So WHYbe such A-holes about it? Be warned...don`t give them cash or a check. Poor business practice.

The customer service was great...

The customer service was great. The salesmen did not use high pressure to push my spouse wife and I to purchase a new car. They were very willing to make a deal. All three of them were very courteous and helpful. When we said we wanted to think about the deal and discuss it with my NCO since I`m in the army, they did not pressure us. They said ok and that they understood.

Wonderful buying experience

Our salesman was able to sell a vehicle that was the only one we like on the lot. We are so grateful that he made it happen for us. We like the car and hope to keep it for many years. I would go back to Jim Juliani Motor to buy another vehicle because there was not a lot of pressure and the price was right and the service was great.
