Nothing but problems
This dealership is nothing but problems. For a place that preaches customer service, they definitely lack it. The general manager, lacks any control over his business and apparently never communicates with them or else I would not be in the situation I was in. I went there to get a car for the 2,000 trade in promo, was told I was approved for a loan, told I was going to pick up the car that Monday and "congratu... view morelations". Evidently I was in for a bait and switch. After no call back that Monday, I called to see what was going on and was told they hadn`t even run it through a loan place yet. I had left my car there, put insurance on the new car, gave them my registration and title, and now I was being told that I was basically lied to by the sales person. A day wasted on the phone talking to these people, they FINALLY figured everything out. This was just the beginning of my problems. After getting the car and having it for a month, the check engine light comes on. The coil had gone on it so I brought it in for service. After 2 hours waiting, I was told they didn`t have the part or any loaners to even leave my car. I work full time so I said I would just have to drive it home and set up an appointment for that Saturday. Wednesday I called to make sure the part was there and was told that it was, and I`d see them Saturday. That Saturday morning they called and told that it was the wrong part and I`d have to reschedule AGAIN. I was driving around on a cylinder misfire for a week before they took care of the problem. After all these problems I`ve had, I don`t want to see another person get into the mess I have been in with these people. I will never buy another car from them, and I`ve told everyone I know to never step foot in that place.
