AVOiD!! Giving it 1 star because I have to give it a rating but it deserves to be shut down at the very least. Bordering criminal sounds about right so if you don`t want to waste your hard earned money don`t go here. The manager Patrick is a liar, and incompetent. Had to pay them a couple hundred for 2 1/2 partially primed parts. I took those same parts somewhere else on a Friday and was called on Tuesday to pick them up...so they did in 3 days what Maaco couldn`t in over 6 weeks. No wonder the "Professional auto body shop" is recommended by USAA unlike Maaco. the place borders on being criminal, I took my car in to get a door replaced and was told it would only take three or four days. After seven days and a host of rotating and contradictory excuses, I demanded to pick my car up and found that nothing had been done. Car went in to be painted. Was there for 3 weeks and it was painted the wrong color! Took it back to be repainted and it took 5 weeks to paint!!! Called everyday and was told it would be ready "tomorrow". Did not remove overspray on hood but I will not bring it back there to be fixed. RUN AWAY!!! Maaco in Hamden, ...

RUN AWAY!!! Maaco in Hamden, CT ruined my car! I took this car to Maaco in Hamden, CT on Tuesday September 25th, to have a specific design painted on it. When I went to pick up the car that same day, there were numerous paint smudges throughout the car, that weren`t supposed to be there. I informed the manager "Tim" that I couldn`t take the car in those conditions. He told me to come back in an hour an... view mored that they would take care of the problem. Upon my return, it was already getting dark outside, and I didn`t see how bad the car was. The next morning, Wednesday September 26th, during daylight it was obvious the amount of smudges, and paint all over the car, including the driver`s side seat, mirrors, windows, inside the side panels, and even on the car keys. Besides the damage done by the paint, they had tried to buff some of the other paint off, and ended up ruining the original paint on the car.

Outstanding

I paid for there top painting service. The Employees are polite and helpful even met the owner of the shop. I went to check out the car, being half way finish, still looked like I just bought it off the New Car lot. No defects in the job, very clean and extremely detailed. Run as fast as you can-away

They had the car for over a month,lost the emblems and did a lousy job,Patrick told me over and over it would be ready.Then I brought it back to take care of the primer overspray and it was another 2 weeks!!Take my advise find another place,I wasnt the only one with this type of story
