For my first time buying a car my overall experience was great. I got the feeling that the salesman put my needs first rather than pushing me into a sale. The only drawback is that I was unclear on the Hyundai Assurance program and I wish that was explained clearer.

Terrible Service!

Worst service I`ve dealt with. First, incompetent. Told us 3/30/09 that we needed new tire. Called 4/6/09 to get status on new tire, and they needed us to bring the car back because they didn`t get the size!

Next, they tell us that they don`t have to work on the car because we didn`t buy it there. Well, a brand new Hyundai gets worked on at a Hyundai dealership for warranty issues. Which dealership it was... view more bought at is null.

I really recommend the drive to Central Hyundai in Plainfiled. They are much more competent and have a much better customer service belief!
