Quiet zone was not only was detailed, I saved hundreds of dollars versus 2 other quotes I received! They even went as far as to not do work that could be done for free by the dealer and worked out arrangements to have that taken care of-. I have never been so surprised and appreciative. Amazing group of people!

Be careful. Frank and Brian a...

Be careful. Frank and Brian are stand up guys but the techs working there aren`t quality oriented. Had an issue with an oil change where the tech didn`t tighten the drain plug, they redid an oil change but by running it low wound up causing major engine damage a few weeks later (which they blamed on bad gas (!?)). Had axle work done and had to bring it back a week later to redo it due to a &amp;quot;faulty par... view moret&amp;quot; then back again because it was noisy. Had them replace an A/C unit and the charge leaked out within a month, they recharged it but it has leaked out again (gotta fix the leak, not just recharge it). They make good on the re-repairs by doing them for free, but everytime we bring it in for something, it has to go back shortly thereafter to correct something that was overlooked/done improperly. ***Addendum*** A few weeks after posting this review, we brought the car in for the A/C service mentioned above, they found and fixed a big leak and along we went. Until a week later when we discovered the horn didn`t work (at a time when we needed it to). I took a quick look and found one of the two horns was not secured to the frame of the car (thus breaking the circuit causing the horn not to work). Clearly it was loosened to permit work on the AC but never retightened. This is the type of stuff that gets overlooked. If you bring your car to them, either hold their hand as they repair it to make sure they do the job right, or check it with a fine toothed comb when you get it back, you WILL find something they missed.

Frank and Brian are fantastic....

Frank and Brian are fantastic. My entire family goes to them and receives great service from them. They answer my questions and concerns regarding my vehicle(s) without hesitation even if I don`t need to take it in for service. They certainly have a customer for life in me and my family. Thanks for all that you guys do for me and my family!!

I have been a long standing customer and recently had an emissions test and brake work done at Frank`s Quiet Zone. Again, I was thoroughly impressed with the way that Frank and Brian always explain what`s going on with the car in layman`s terms and never talks down to me (a female) or to any customer that I`ve witnessed over the years. Frank`s staff of mechanics all have specialties which enables them to provide exce... view morellent service on all makes and models. With regular maintanence, my 2002 Chevy Trailblazer has now surpassed 270,000 miles and is still running great. My daughter, at college in Tennessee, has also been able to call for advice on her 1997 Toyota Camry, which has helped immensely. I`ve recommended Frank, Brian and all of the staff to family, friends and even strangers as I know their concerns will always be heard, the repairs completed correctly and in a timely fashion and they won`t be taken advantage of financially.
