I brought my new BMW M5 to Tin...

I brought my new BMW M5 to Tint Man earlier this month. I had read the reviews and was a little skeptical but I had a couple of close friends who had nothing but praises for them. I was extremely happy not only with the job they did but also with their recommendations as to the percentage of tint with the side and back windows. Yes they smoke and have limited hours but who cares if they do a great job? They did and I... view more recommend them highly. By the way, my car never smelled like smoke.

Great Service

You couldnt ask for more. Yes they smoke when you walk in but the nicest guys ever. They have pictures of all of their jobs on their wall and there all good.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

had my car done there 2 months ago ,they said you can roll the windows down right away , so i waited anyway one day , the driverside peeled right off. i tried to get back there to have them fix it but with no luck because there hours are so limited , after 5 tries of trying to schedule something you think, since they screwed it up and they do offer a lifetine warranty, they would make time to repair what they screwe... view mored up. no instead i get the run around ,who has time to go when they only offer you to come in betweeen 9 and 12 . and they do smoke in the shop because my car smelled too.
i went there because i heard they were good , but i have to say i would never recomend anyone to go there. customer service is big in my book , if you cant make time for the people you serve then i see no reason why ther are in buisness.
i am so disgusted with this that i am bringing my car to some one else to fix the window tint that i will have to pay for ,and waste my "" lifetime warranty""

Seriously, do NOT go here!

I just got my 2 month old car back from Tint Man and there are 3 6-8inch razor scratches on the body. But since I didn`t actually SEE it happen, they won`t accept responsibility. SCUMBAGS!

PLUS, since a few employees smoke in their tiny workshop, the car stinks like cigarette and CIGAR smoke...nasty.

Do not go here.

Excellent Job

The Tint Man did a great job on my 08 Tundra, they cleaned up after themselves, cleaned all the windows inside and out, also the only place around you can roll your windows down directly after exiting the shop. And as far as scratching the windows they make that inpossible by cutting the film to size before installing it on the truck. They were very tender with my door panels, and use a plastic tool to ensure no pr... view morey marks or scrapes on the door panels. I would recommend the Tint Man to anyone.

Tint-Man is the Best!

I don`t know what you guy`s are talking about I had a 96 Tinted by the Tint Man when I purchased it and the Tint never faded and I had the car for 12 yrs. And if there was ever a problem all I would have to do is bring it back. They just did my new car and they did a great job. Don`t go here - Do not recommend

I agree with nautica2o3. Same thing happened here, this dude doesn`t clean up after himself, dried soap everywhere on my car, clips on my door panel damaged (you can see the driver door panel looked pried). Plus he uses cheap Johnson tint, big boys use Pinnacle F1 tint/llumar or something reputable. I needed a tint job and wanted to see what the fuss was all about. DO NOT GO THERE. I drove an two hours there because they were supposed to be ""the best"", I was wro

Avoid Tint Man in Monroe. I did a lot of research on the internet and a lot of people had recommended them, so I made the two hour trip just to get tint done there. I went to pick up my car expecting the best quality, I was very disappointed.

There was a piece of paper tinted under the rear window, the glass on my rear window was scratched all the way around from him tracing the tint on top of it, deep enough... view more to see and feel with my finger nails. The plastic trim on both of my side windows had the same razor blade marks extending from front to back (again the guy tracing tint) luckily he didn`t get to the paint on the targa top. There were leftover tint material everywhere inside the car. In addition, he didn`t even bother wiping up the glass cleaner that soaked my leather door panels. It was obvious that he rushed the job. Mind you, this is a $40,000 sportscar I brought in. To top it all off, the tint job itself wasn`t even anything special. Do yourself a favor and just bring your car to the closest tint shop in your area.
