Never again

You think your going in for a simple part to be fixed and it turns out to be a disaster. The parts service department is the worst to deal with. Jeff and Jen are very rude and no help at all when you need something listened to or replaced on your car. DO NOT GO TO NAPOLI INDOOR AUTO. It will cause you more frustration and dollars than needed. Don`t waste your time and money here.

Horrible service

The service team is rude and nasty. Do not go to Napoli indoor outlet. I`ve had such a bad experience going there to get my car serviced. The part they were fixing had to be refixed numerous times for it to only need more work done. They stalled to fix what was under warrenty. Jen is the worst one there.
