I had such a great service experience at Dan Perkins Subaru in Milford, CT that I decided to take the time and let the world know about it. I drive a Lexus and was due for a major service on my car. I wanted to maintain my car but keep the cost down at the same time. I called Marc Mesedore for help. Marc was extremely accommodating and not only got me right in but offered me a loaner vehicle as well. The mechanic tha... view moret worked on my car, Mike Yang used to work at Lexus in service so he was very familiar with my car and did an incredible job. I picked up my car today and it drove like a dream! Everything was done exactly as promised and the car was even washed! Everyone there is so friendly. They service all makes and models and Gina, David, Donna and Adrien always greet you with a smile. I am coming back here for all my servicing and plan on bringing my wife`s car here for service as well. I highly recommend Dan Perkins Subaru!

Brought my vehicle in for service and other mechanical issues on several occassions. Every visit I was greated by very friendly, knowledgeable and courteous staff. They were very in tune with my needs if the job would take more time than I was able to wait, I was offered a loaner in order to get around while my vehicle was being worked on. My wife and I have leased, purchased many different cars over the past 20 years, (i.e., Toyota, Nissan, Acura). This is our first Subuaru with our recent lease of a 2012 Outback and our overall experience with the personnel at Dan Perkins Subaru was by far the best. Specifically, Tom Montanaro did a great job handling our lease agreement in a very honest, straight forward and thorough manner.

I went to other Subaru dealers, no one comes close to Dan Perkins in terms of price, friendlyness and a great salesman Bob Oshrin. he made the buying of an outback a pleasure. he was to the point, knows his product and without pushing makes the deal easy to conclude. I will recommend him often.

bad truck-STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had my day in court against them for a lemon of a truck. I know in my heart the judge wanted to award me compensation for my numerous problems. But due to the law I received nothing. I did get my voice heard to the people of the court and let them know of the bad cars they now sell.They offered me 400.00 dollars for my troulbles, before we went in tio see the judge. They are a bunch or slimes who will do anything to get you into a vehicle and then forget about you. I had been a customer since 1992 , not anymore I go to Maritime Motors In Fairfield,where you are treated fairly and they service your problems without question.
