I`ll admit after reading the review I was scared to continue my appointment here. but to my surprise and delight it was fast about 15 minutes long everything turned out okay and they didn`t say anything else about my vehicle I would definitely go again

I live in the area and needed to have my state emissions inspection done. Looked on the CT state website and this place was the closest to my house. Big mistake. After taking two hours to get the emissions test run (should take about 10 minutes), Nick calls me and tells me that my alternator is shot and needs to be replaced asap, cost is going to be $700. If I don`t get it replaced, there is a chance the serpentine b... view moreelt it going to get shredded and wreck the engine, so I shouldn`t drive the car anywhere in this condition. Very high pressure - even tried to sell me on financing when I told him I couldn`t afford a $700 alternator on a car that is running just fine. I smelled BS and told Nick I was coming to pick my car up. Called a few friends (like I should have done in the first place) for recommendations and brought it over to a garage in Meriden. They checked & tested the alternator and there is absolutely nothing wrong with it. These guys are out and out liars and will do anything to upcharge your from a simple emissions test or oil change. Avoid at all costs!!!!!

Brought our car in for a tire ...

Brought our car in for a tire issue and ended up getting an oil change too! Funny thing was we did not ask for one. The store manager was as unprofessional and rude as they come. They don`t know how to admit when their wrong. Not to mention, the car stunk for the next week because they obviously let the oil run all over the engine. Stay away from this store!
