I would avoid the service department at Robert?ˆ™s Chrysler/Dodge! They are dishonest and have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. This extends up through general management as well. Their services are incomplete, absolutely not professional and they will tell you anything to get another buck out of you. Consumers beware. My battery kept dying and the transmission would start making noise after runn... view moreing for a bit so I took my car in to have the electrical and transmission diagnosed. They also said that they would perform a multipoint inspection. What I received for my hard earned $ was a lie that the transmission must be replaced and nothing else. No multipoint inspection, no electrical diagnosis and treated like dirt when I questioned them on it.
