Just a bad experience from start to finish. The owner George is arrogant, rude and in your face. It looks to me that he wrote his own review. What does that tell you? I would never, under any circumstances, do business with Madison Auto Body again. Their work is average at best. Prices very high.

When you rear both these negative reveiws they have to do with trying to get some thing done for free ,their was no problem or confrontation with the first gentalmen ,he just wanted to pay less when he came to pick his car up and was told NO !!!! so he got a little rash... and morghines vehicle was repaired and paid for by the insurance company on the rt side and everything was great. she asked us to push out a de... view morent on her left front fender for no charge. when she came to pick her car up the left fender was not good enough and she demanded that we fix it completly for FREE !!!! ENOUGH IS A ENOUGH ,so she decides to write this totally untrue review as same for the other gentlman, it is really to bad because we are always happy to help people out change mirrors taillamps ,reset bumpers for people for n/c or bagles like the old days it,s to bad people like this are ruining it for all the good people... All are work comes with a life time gaurantee in writing, all cars get floor mats and seat covers and washed inside and out for delivery,we are triple approved.and work directly most major insurance companies are techs are I-car and ase certified , so please come by and have us look at your vehicle , thank you George

THESE NEGATIVE REVIEWS HAVE TO DO WITH PEOPLE TRYING TO GET THINGS DONE FOR FREE. Morphesys vehicle , we repaired the right side of he car wich was paid by the insurance company everything was great. she asked us to just knock out a dent on the lt front fender for N/C when came to pick the car up the lt fender was not good enough and she demanded we fix it completly for FREE ,ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. the other reveiw we had... view more agreement to repair his vehicle when they came pick it up they wanted to pay less for it i said no, and they got upset. all car cars get floor mats and seat covers washed inside and out for delivery and are gauranteed for life of the car. enterprise rental on site, we are also triple a approved, towing available thank you george

The body work looks ok so far after a few weeks, and the car was washed and cleaned inside. Pricing was on a par with other shops. But a few questions to the management when picking up the car became a major confrontation for no apparent reason. I don`t need to be treated badly, and certainly not at these prices!
