When looking to see what kind ...
When looking to see what kind of selection this dealership offered I was pleasantly surprised to see what they had available. The pricing was on point and still gave me what I was looking for in a vehicle. Don?ˆ™t think that just because you don?ˆ™t have the largest budget you should settle. I would recommend Hammonasset Ford dealership.

Good Service.
Hammonasset Ford is more than just a used car dealer in Hartford they also specialize in car repair. They have top of the line equipment that will ensure the quickly and correctly. I would recommend anyone that needs to have their car looked at to check this place out. Their rates are very competitive.

You cannot ask for a better de...
You cannot ask for a better dealership nor a better deal when it comes to purchasing a new Ford. The entire staff, from CherylAnn, who handled our sales (that`s right; two in one year!) and truly adheres to the "no Haggle necessary" motto of this place, to Rodney, who briskly and without pressure handles the financial paperwork, to the service department, who are conscientious, competent and cordial, a rare... view more mix back there in the garage! If I needed another car, I`d be back in a flash!

Hammonasset Ford Has Great Deals
I just bought a new Ford Focus at Hammonasset Ford. I love my car. They treated me really well. I am pretty sure I got a good deal too becuase they beat everybody elses price. And believe me, I shopped around. By the way, the great thing about this place is that they are what they call a one price dealer. They discount all the cars up front. There is no negotiation process. They tell you the price and that`s it. It`s... view more quite refreshing.

Made a purchase and received substandard service and treatment as a customer
Found a nice Mercedes and traded in my Audi... Turned in 4 keys with my Audi and received one for the Mercedes. I was told they would get the second one, but never received it. They never called...took me calling back to be told to go get a key made and keep the receipt for a credit if I go back and buy another car. What a deal ha! Received a 2,000 mile/one month dealership warranty and purchased a 2 year Premium Car... view moree Warranty, reported that that windshield washer tank was leaking and they said I had my warranty (referring to the warranty I purchased and not thiers). Nothing positive like take it in for a replacement, but to take it on my own. My guess is they don`t care once you take the car of the lot because they expressed no inclination to make the repair. Oh, didn`t mention I put 500.00 down on the Mercedes and had to wait 5 days for them to replace a seatbelt... That doesn`t show importance or care of customers now does it? I wouldn`t recommend any business because my experience was terrible...Much unlike my experience I had buying 7 other cars (5 were new purchases at other dealerships that were Grade "A").

NOT HAPPY WITH BUSINESS OR TREATMENT AS CUSTOMER
I bought a used vehicle and had to wait 5 days to have it ready because they lied about replacing the seatbelt. Put money down and was told they were replacing the seatbelt spring in service at the time of the call. Made two trips to find out the repair was not made and the part wasn`t even at the service department. What a lie...number one. Then when I was taking the car away, finally, I asked for the second key and... view more was told it was locked up. After three weeks and not receiving a second key I was told to go to a dealership and buy one, then keep the receipt for a credit after going back to buy a second car. I was dumbfounded and wondering what kind of business they were running. I didn`t get call backs on key, had to wait five days for a seat belt and still I am not satisfied...I won`t go back for anyhintg let alone another used vehicle. The Salesman didn`t do anything to feel important as a customer let alone purchase of a high end priced vehicle. I won`t go back...let alone I detected a leak and they want me to come in under my purchased warranty and not their warranty that came with the car. Guess they need or or want ignore their warranty...they want to use my purchased warranty. Called them today and still no resolve on getting the second key or any interest in looking at the vehicle for leak. Guess I have to go somewhere else...think that is what they want me to do and more than likely you if your considering going there.
