have never written a review before but I feel this needs to be said. I have been going here for years to get oil changes and my tires rotated because it is right on my way home from work. About a year and a half ago, maybe a week after I had and oil change and my tires rotated, I had pulled out of my driveway headed to work. I heard a strange noise from the front end of my car. I got on the highway and it got wo... view morerse. I ended up pulling over and calling AAA because the whole front end was shaking so bad. I had them take it to the Toyota dealership where I was told the lug nuts were loose and my tire had just about fallen off. I brought the report to Uncasville quick lube to let them know. They had said they were having issues with there air guns and apologized. They also gave me a free oil change. I wanted them to know so if anyone else had any problems. Fine, I was done and satisfied. Now throughout the year I have had the tires changed and not always there and I or my boyfriend always ask them to double check the lug nuts. Well, when this was said on our last trip the MANAGER freaked out and started yelling at us about how he knows how to do his job and doesn`t need to be reminded every time we are there. This is a safety issue for us and will always be brought up no matter where we go. He actually said wasn`t I going thru a messy divorce at the time and maybe it was my ex husband who loosened them up. I haven`t been married for over ten years. I find it extremely rude that he would even think that never mind to bring it up in the conversation. I wasn`t accusing him of anything I and I don`t think my safety concerns should be brushed aside or for him to make up some lame story to make himself feel better.

Quick to blame someone else

We`ve been bring our vehicles in since we moved to CT two years ago for oil changes and tire rotations. Last week I bring the truck in, and the guy calls me out there to explain that one of the lug nuts was damaged, and wouldn`t go back on. When I explained that the only folks who had touched the tires in the past two years was Quick Lube, he starts telling me has Dodge had this problem with lug nuts.

New Place Same Quality

They are among the least pushy of the different convenience oil change places. And they`re super fast. They really do it in about 10 minutes, which is how long it used to take me in my driveway when I could still get under my car with a wrench and an oil pan. Their new place has a car wash, too. I haven`t used the car wash but the oil change was just what I wanted.

quick is right!

They don`t try to charge you for something you don`t need. They will let you know what will need to be don`t! They will be building a new place with a car wach added soon!
