Told me the would work with me @ $150 an hour then decides to bill an extra half hour (even though travel time is only 15 minutes) and another whole extra hour of labor even though there were 3 people there who could of easily helped with the lines, I didn`t ask for 2 people labor and they didn`t tell me they would charge until bill time. Thanks for overcharging me $100, next time I`ll go back to courville`s or ... view moreaustin`s towing.

They go out of their way to ac...

They go out of their way to accommodate you. I had my truck towed to their facility after it wouldnt start at the casino. They arrived quickly, diagnosed the repair and gave me a good price. The driver was friendly, as was the manager. The shop itself is small but I liked it. I`ll be going back for an oil change next month.

SERVICE and STAFF A+

My car died on the side of the road so I had to call AAA. Northeast Towing was there in less than 30 minutes! The driver was very careful with my car and offered to bring it back to the shop for them to diagnosis. The next day the manager called me with a quote which I thought was very reasonable and had the work done. No problems. GREAT SERVICE, GREAT PEOPLE.
