Totally unprofessional, refuse...

Totally unprofessional, refused me towing services; even though I have AAA and they are a AAA towing vendor. Person at the counter was rude, I was forced to pay out of pocket for towing and had to wait two days to get my vehicle home. Don`t go to T & B Motors for service, you won`t get it.

This is most honest place in town. The crew there has been working on my cars for years (since Bruce was there!!) and I`m never disappointed. The price is fair, service is exceptional and the job is done right the first time. Steve always lets me know what is going on with my car and helps to prioritize the repairs to stay within my budget. Thanks for everything!

Great Job - Great Price!

I have lived in this area for years and have seen their trucks everywhere, but have not used these guys until recently. What a fantastic job they did! I brought my vehicle for an emissions test, and it failed. Steve walked me through the most likely reasons for the failure, got my car in the next day and fixed it for a very reasonable price. I bought a preowned car from T and B 6 months ago and have not had any problems at all since. It runs BEAUTIFULLY. I can`t believe how nice a vehicle I got for such a reasonable price. Not only that but the staff at T and B is extremely friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. YOU HAVE TO USE THIS COMPANY!!...

YOU HAVE TO USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! STEVE (THE MANAGER), was off duty and was just stopping for dinner on his way home, when we asked for his oppion and he worked on our car with us (free of charge) for almost 3 hours!! I kept telling him, &amp;quot;Thanks and I would buy him dinner or a bottle of something and that he could go home, but he said &amp;quot;No, I want to make sure you got back on the road!&a... view moremp;quot; I forgot to mention, we were an hour and a half away from home, it was after 9 pm on a Saturday night!!! With two 11 week old puppies we just rescuded from a shelter, a 2 yr old and it was in the high 80`s with high humidity (when the sun went down)! It`s not like he had nothing better to do, He had a wife and an eleven month old baby at home waiting for him! I am SO GREATFUL THAT WE MET HIM AND WILL ALWAYS RECOMMEND HIS COMPANY AND WISH HIM AND HIS FAMILY THE VERY BEST OF EVERYTHING!! THANKS AGAIN STEVE!!

I rented a truck to go on vaca...

I rented a truck to go on vacation. Took the dogs. One of the dogs hit the door lock button with her paw and locked us out of the truck. Not a good way to start a vacation. Called AAA and then sent T&amp;B motors. They were busy so it took a little while to show up, but when the wrecker arrived, the driver had my door unlocked in 10 seconds and no damage to the rental. Thanks for saving me.

Transmission went on my Ford F350. Fixed it quick at a reasonable price. Several months now and no problems. Saved my old truck from the scrap heap.

Be Aware

The check engine light came on in my vehicle. was on. According to a diagnosis by AUTOZONE the thermostat had to be replaced. I brought my car to T&B Motors to have the thermostat replaced. After paying $119 for the ""repair."" I was told to bring the vehicle back further evaluation. The vehicle was eventually taken to another garage. According to the garage who repaired the vehicle. Friendly, honest place

I recently bought my first car here. It was a messed up car that they found, put a new engine in, and repaired. It was cheap, and so far runs great. The check engine light came on after a week or so, but i brought it to them and they took care of it for free, and fixed it right away. Everyone there is very friendly and helpful.
