tried to be a first time customer

i tried to use them today 4/30/10 and i was confused some one picked up the phone and i was told that they are not open and i tried to explain i am a first time customer looking for a car repair and tow.... well an older gentelman picked up the phone and said "we dont open yet (8:06) till 8:30 and i start to try to give him my info so when they do open i can maybe get in quick and i had gotten hung up on.... gre... view moreat right???? well i think i want to try back so i can maybe see how there service is. any one fill me in on how there service ends up?
